About Me
I am a communications leader who helps organizations and teams achieve more with comms. I bring my 20+ years of experience in leadership and people manager roles at McKinsey and other organizations to every resume review session.
Mentoring, professional development and striving to be a caring people leader has always been a priority in my career. I have repeatedly built and led high-performance teams, serve as an informal or formal mentor, and frequently led annual performance review committees at McKinsey.
I also publish Strictly Internal, a free weekly newsletter with new internal and change comms jobs and insights. I have literally read hundreds of comms job descriptions, and I regularly publish analysis and insights on market trends.
